Tour The Classroom Of The Future.
Michael David Leiboff
Many of us in the MIE community have been in the position of renovating an existing classroom facility, or better yet had the opportunity to participate in the planning and design of a new classroom building. Its not easy to describe to an architect how the facility should be designed.
Michael Leiboff a new contributor to MIE has created a virtual tour of what he considers to be a good example of a recently built classroom facility on the campus of Montclair State University.
Michael was formally a Partner at the technology consulting firm of Shen Milsom & Wilke. He and his design team recently completed work on a new classroom building project that included, among its learning spaces, an area which was comprised of three experimental rooms, that were engineered to serve as a model for the Classroom of the Future.
His thoughts about the elements that comprise such a facility are summarized in his video CLASSROOM OF THE FUTURE
